Charge Analytics Product Design

As a Design Engineer at Charge Analytics during the summers of 2020 and 2021, I designed a number of product concepts and prototypes for IoT industrial sensor devices. Due to challenges with outsourcing low-volume modifications to parts, I built an off-the-shelf CNC Router that was used to make modifications to various parts. I was in charge of designing, modifying, verifying part drawings, generating toolpaths, and fabricating the parts and modifications for a number of products.

In addition to designing parts and assemblies for Charge Analytics, I created prototypes through 3D Printing and 2.5 axis CNC routing.
